Overview

Aim your Elite camera where you need it with a clean, integrated angle. This 35° angled mounting bracket by Hidden River Lab is designed for the Ring Video Doorbell Elite (1st Gen) (discontinued model). The built-in 35° horizontal side angle helps direct the camera toward your entry path when a straight mount would point the view too far to the side.

This bracket is also designed to accommodate the entire Elite doorbell body inside, so it can be installed on a flat surface without a wall opening (as long as your wiring/PoE connection is managed appropriately).

• Ring Video Doorbell Elite (1st Gen) (discontinued model)

✔︎ Angle: 35° horizontal side angle (no vertical tilt)

✔︎ Mounting surface: Flat surfaces; can also be installed on a standard single-gang electrical box

✔︎ Orientation: Universal — can be installed on either side of the door (left/right) depending on the direction you need

✖︎ Not compatible with:

• Newer “Wired Doorbell Elite” / updated Elite models

• Any other Ring models not listed above

Installation Notes

Basic tools required (e.g., screwdriver).

▪︎ Choose the orientation that angles the camera toward the area you want to capture.

▪︎ Install on a flat surface or over a standard single-gang electrical box (anchors may be needed depending on surface).

▪︎ Attach the doorbell to the bracket using the included machine screws, then follow Ring’s installation steps.

▪︎ PoE note: Due to hole layout and design constraints, we recommend using a low-profile RJ-45 connector if you’re connecting the Elite via PoE.

▪︎ Weather-seal as appropriate for your environment.
